Foot

Case - 1: Young man presented with nonhealing ulcer on foot which used to bleed intermittently
drswatee
He had a large AVM supplied by both anterior and posterior tibial arteries. It was a very high flow AVM and was drained by multiple draining veins.

Embolization was performed using absolute alcohol through anterior tibial artery which was a main feeder.
