Subclavian post traumatic

Case - 1: Young man had road traffic accident afterwhich he developed large swelling above left clavicle. MRI showed that it is a pseudoaneurysm from left subclavian artery.
Left subclavian angiogram shows pseudoaneurysm ( Black arrow) arising from left subclavian artery . The artery is partially compressed by the pseudoaneurysm (white arrow)
Contrast is seen stagnated in pseudoaneurysm
To block the entry of blood into the psuedoanerysm from left sublclavian artery, covered stent was placed covering the entry point. It was further stretched by doing in stent plasty.
Post stenting angiogram shows, no opacification of aneurysm.. Calibre of left subclavian artery is returned back to normal.
