Aortoarteritis

Case - 1: Young college going girl presented with very high blood pressure.Renal doppler was suggestive of bilateral renal artery stenosis and stenosis of infrarenal aorta suggestive of diagnosis of aortoarteritis

Post angioplasty picture shows improvement in the calibre of the renal arteries on both the sides, however residual stenosis is  seen due to the nature of the disease.

Patient's blood pressure control  showed significant  improvement
