Embolization of Vertebral Hemangioma

Case - 1- Patient presented with backache. Plain X ray and MRI scan revealed presence of vertebral hemangioma( Tumour composed of blood vessels involving the vertebra)
Vascular lesion involving T4 vertebra and mainly supplied by left 5th intercostal artery. Tumour was completely embolized to reduce the vascularity almost totally prior to surgery.
Post embolization angiogram shows patent artyery but no tumour vascularity.
