AVF Embolization with glue

Young girl presented with  bleeding in the brain.

Arterial phase of Left vertebral angiogram AP view  shows evidence of arteriovenous fistula (AVF) where enlarged left posterior cerebral artery is directly communicating with a posterior fossa vein which has grossly enlarged in calibre.
