Antegrade ureteric stenting

Case - 1: Antegrade ureteric stenting is done to overcome the obstructions in ureters which are not amenable for retrograde ureteric stenting.

Lower pole calyx of the left kidney was punctured using ultrasound and fluroscopic guidance . Through that access, Guidewire is negotiated  across the dilated tortous ureter

Upper end of the double J stent in the lower pole calyx
